The project had many challenges namely the size of the site – which is only 1600m2. Through strong planning and brilliant day to day on site coordination, our site team was able to overcome this challenge and deliver this project with a happy client, despite the huge disruption a global pandemic caused the Auckland construction industry.
This 5 storey 19 unit apartment block was constructed for Housing New Zealand to help overcome the severe housing shortage in the Auckland Region.
