Gibson O'Connor were proud to be involved in transforming an under-utilised industrial site in to a prominent store for New Zealand's very own premier DIY retailer.

Retaining part of an existing structure, a tight construction programme and numerous unforeseen ground conditions presented a number of challenges to the Gibson O’Connor team. Despite this, Gibson O’Connor managed to complete the store on time, ready for the labour weekend opening. The project includes 8,000m2 of retail space, offices, a cafe, 2,000m2 of concrete yard, and thousands of square meters of cark park.
