Arriving on site Gibson O’Connor were faced with the demolition of an 80 year old warehouse building and formation of a building platform on the buried remnants of a freezing works. The project team faced a number of challenges during construction with existing structures and contamination in the ground. The team overcame these challenges together and produced an asset for the client to be proud of. Gibson O’Connor also undertook tenant fit out works which were integrated during the base build construction.
